Channel orderbook, event <PAIR> (for example BTCUSDT). A complete snapshot of the book.

Subscribe with message type 151. One snapshot is pushed immediately on a successful join.

Code	Meaning
CS	Change set - increments as the book changes
PS	Pair symbol
BO	Bid orders, each { "P": price, "A": amount }
AO	Ask orders, same shape

Prices and amounts are strings without trailing zeros.

To keep a local book up to date without re-receiving the whole snapshot, subscribe to Order Book Difference as well and apply its updates in CS order.
