Channel ticker, event all. Pushed about every 750 ms, even when nothing has changed, carrying every pair in one message.

Subscribe with message type 151.

A pair appears only once the server has a ticker for it. Prices and amounts are sent as strings: V always has 8 decimals, AV 12 and DP 2, and the other values have no trailing zeros. Zero values are sent as "0", or with the field's fixed decimals (for example "0.00" for DP).

For a single pair, subscribe to Pair Ticker instead - it carries the same fields without the surrounding list.
