Where to Access the Reports Page
You can access your reports by navigating to:
Account > Reports
This section lets you generate and download customized transaction reports according to your needs.
Things to Note Before Generating a Report
Here are a few things to keep in mind when generating reports:
- Report preparation starts after your request is submitted.
- A download link will be sent to your email once the report is ready.
- You can generate up to 12 reports per day.
- Reports remain available for 30 days from the date of creation.
- Reports can be downloaded in CSV or Excel (.xlsx) formats.
- Reports are automatically deleted after 7 days, but you can regenerate them anytime.
How to Create a Report
To generate a report on BtcTurk | Global:
- Go to Account > Reports.
- Select the report type:
- Deposit – Withdrawal or
- Buy – Sell
- Choose your report filters:
- Asset
- Transaction Type (deposit, withdrawal, buy, or sell)
- Date Range
- Doc Type (CSV or Excel)
- Click Create Report.
- Check your email for the report download link once it’s ready.
- Download your report within 30 days from the email or the Reports page.
